From Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, light Swedish relaxation, aromatherapy, cupping, and hot stones. With every session I start with a thorough intake to discover your present needs and establish a mutually agreeable plan that addresses them. Each session will be customized just for you to get your body the best results.
